Dermody Properties Hires Benjamin Seeger as North West Region Partner

Dermody Properties, a national real estate investment, development and private equity management company focused exclusively on the logistics real estate sector, has announced Benjamin Seeger as its North West Region Partner. He is based at the company’s office in Bellevue, Washington and works closely with Phil Wood, also a partner in the region.

In this role, Seeger is responsible for sourcing and executing acquisition and development opportunities in the Northwest region of the United States, with a focus on Seattle and Portland industrial real estate. . He also leads asset management and client relations for the region.

Prior to joining Dermody Properties, Seeger was a senior executive at Amazon, leading the company’s real estate program for last mile logistics facilities in North America, Latin America, Australia and Singapore. At Amazon, he led a large team of real estate professionals responsible for sourcing and developing existing and bespoke facilities in these regions. Previously, Seeger was a commercial real estate attorney for nearly a decade, working with many of the top real estate firms in the North West. He has represented clients in the areas of leasing, acquisition, financing and development in all types of assets and in all regions.

Seeger is a member of the Washington State Bar and a graduate of the Urban Land Institute’s Center for Sustainable Leadership. He holds a BA in economics from the University of Washington and a JD from Vanderbilt University.
