Roger has an enviable reputation in the delivery industry, having held various managerial positions in Royal Mail Parcels and DHL Express, with extensive customer engagement, public appearances and international responsibilities. As head of Royal Mail Parcels, Roger was responsible for the overhaul and relaunch of Royal Mail’s parcel products, which supply over half the market volume in the UK, the largest e-commerce market in Europe. . Significantly improving customer tracking, visibility and communication, he also led Royal Mail’s marketing and channel strategy and developed new web and API based customer solutions.

At Cemex and DHL Express, Roger led international marketing strategy programs and supported the integration of the acquired businesses into Deutsche Post DHL. With M.Sc. and B.Sc. Graduates in Marketing and Finance, he joined Flash Forward Consulting, where he coached logistics service providers and users on e-commerce strategy, services and delivery technology.
