New ammunition depots are being built in civilian buildings – cultural and educational institutions, the Ukrainian Defense Ministry noted.

The occupiers began to deliver ammunition to the Kherson region under the guise of humanitarian aid.

This was reported to the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

As reported, the Russian Armed Forces designates military cargo as humanitarian aid after a series of attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on enemy ammunition depots located in the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region.

“In particular, more than 20 civilian KamAZ trucks entered the Kherson region. All are painted white with the flags of the Russian Federation and the symbols of the United Russia political party affixed to the cabin doors. The real cargo delivered is cannon artillery ammunition and MLRS. New ammunition depots are being equipped in civilian buildings – cultural and educational institutions,” intelligence informs.

At the same time, the occupiers introduced additional restrictions on units stationed in Kherson. Cars and trucks, which had been there for several months, were removed from the parade ground of the Kherson faculty of the Odessa State University of Internal Affairs (police school). The staff is located on the 1st floor and in the basement, moves around the territory in the evening and at night.

As part of the expectation of the shelling of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the perimeter is heavily guarded, the positions of a sniper are displayed, which constantly monitors private and multi-storey buildings. Suppose local residents are in the windows. In this case, a group of military personnel is urgently sent to the apartment to check the residents’ cooperation with the Ukrainian special service (house search, seizure of telephones, interrogation).

In general, in connection with the infliction of mass fire by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, servicemen of the 1st and 2nd Army Corps of the RF Armed Forces are prohibited from moving military equipment during the day when transporting personnel and army cargo. In this regard, work is underway to re-equip existing vehicles for night travel and camouflage vehicles. The GUR added that similar activities should also be carried out by other units of the Russian occupation forces.

Recall that in mid-July it became known that thanks to the American HIMARS multiple rocket launcher systems in Ukraine, more than 30 logistics facilities of the Russian army were destroyed within a few weeks.
