The ships are intended for the inland waterways of Russia
On December 9, 2021, a certificate of acceptance / delivery for the first tender of buoys of a series of 10 vessels of the project 3052 ordered by Rechvodput and intended for the Russian waterways was signed at R-FLOT, indicates the press center of the Federal Navy and River Transport Agency (Rosmorrechflot).
The St. Petersburg-based MT Group is the general contractor under the state contract for the construction of vessels designed by Gorky Central Design Bureau for River Fleet.
The ships will be built as part of the federal âWaterwaysâ project provided for in the Global Plan for the Modernization and Extension of Basic Infrastructure (CPMI) until 2024.
The contract is to be executed in the 4th quarter of 2022.
The vessel is designed for the implementation of the following tasks: placement, removal and transport of navigation aids, including river and lake beacons and buoys up to type 4; on-site maintenance and repair of navigation facilities; control of the state of navigation passes on inland waterways; monitoring the condition of navigation aids along the navigation pass; towing of non-self-propelled boats; transport of goods on the working deck; supplying the port with ships.
Ship details – LOA – 35.6 m, BOA – 6.48 m, freeboard depth – 1.15 m, height – 8.75 m; displacement – 154.5 t; draft (river / sea) – 1.42 / 1.39 m; speed – 24 km / h; gross capacity – 162,000 tonnes recorded, capacity of 2 main engines – 220 kW each, crew – 10, endurance – 6 days; class notation – “Ð2.0 (ice 20)” by Russian River Register.
