Volvo Trucks North America and UAW reach tentative agreement | State / regional

GREENSBORO, North Carolina, May 20, 2021 / PRNewswire / – Volvo Trucks North America today announced that the company and the United Auto Workers (UAW) have reached a tentative agreement on the terms of a new six-year contract that would cover approximately 2,900 New York employees. Further comments on the proposed deal are being held pending ratification by members of UAW Local 2069. Ratification meetings are scheduled by the UAW.
